Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. There was not a lot of buzz around the movie, even though it is absolutely amazing. I did not love Harry Potter right from the start, but ten years later I totally did. And Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is a beautiful story within that universe, that made me appreciate the franchise as a whole even more.

A big part of that is because Eddie Redmayne is an amazing actor. I do not know how he does it, but every movie I have seen him in lately, he has totally blown me away. He has some kind of sensitivity within him that I really find very endearing.

The other part is that this movie shows a love for animals, even though they are fantasy creatures. I really love how it explored this new world, filled with amazing animals, costumes and magic: it is so interesting and I am so curious what else will happen within this odd world that JK Rowling created for us.

I know JK Rowling is a bit odd and she is not the most loved writer in the world, but I am very happy with the stories and characters she has created, she has done an amazing job with Harry Potter, and I though Fantastic Beasts was definitely of the same quality. I was entertained the whole movie from start to finish, and I really loved many of the characters and the cutesy ending. Definitely also a movie that is within my top 5 fave films of 2016.
