Maleficent (2014)

Angelina Jolie really shines in this fairytale film. Maleficent is a very interesting character, that makes the story of the Sleeping Beauty a bit deeper. Not everybody can appreciate the dark and mysterious Maleficent being a bit humanified, but I think it is a very original movie with awesome visuals.

However, the movie still has something dark about it, which makes it a bit unclear who this flick is actually for. And some things are not explained well, which makes Maleficent a mystery, in a bad way.
