The Game Plan (2007)

This comedy is about Joe Kingman (Dwayne Johnson), a football-player that meets his 8-year-old daughter who came to see him “because mom wanted it”. Even though this whole daughter-thing is bad for his image, Kingman is getting closer with the cute little girl, even taking ballet lessons with her.

Movie critics have not been fond of The Game Plan, but I think it’s a lovable movie about the relationship between a daughter and her immature father. It’s corny, it’s cliché, but it’s a great feel-good movie to watch with a big bowl of popcorn on a rainy Sunday.
